Judie Hall

Judie Marie (Whitener) Hall entered the gates of Heaven on November 16, 2021 at the age of 82.

Judie was born to Clyde and Cottie (Cooke) Whitener in Morganton, North Carolina. Her family moved to Baltimore, Maryland where she spent her early years. She studied piano at Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University, becoming an accomplished pianist. She enjoyed traveling around the world.

Judie was a civilian secretary in the Chemical Warfare Department for the U.S. Army at Edgewood Proving Grounds. Judie was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and an active member of the church, serving as a pianist and secretary.

Judie is preceded in death by her father, Clyde, first husband, Stanley Hall (43 years), and mother, Cottie. She is survived by her second husband, Kenneth Probst (10 years), three children, Jane (Frank), Susan (Ronald), and Randall (Victoria), two stepdaughters, (Anita, Vonda), eight grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

Join us in celebrating the life and love of Judie Marie Hall. A funeral service followed by interment will be held at 11:00 am November 26, 2021 at Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home, Fairfax, VA
