Ernesteen Murry

Ernesteen Murry, age 81, went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 2, 2021 at the Grove Nursing Center in Grove, OK. Ernesteen was born to Ernest and Bessie (Maples) Crossley on October 05, 1940.

Ernesteen married Danny Murry on January 31, 1957.  They had 5 children Danny, Randy, Tony, Gary and Patricia.  They were married for 64 years.  Ernesteen was a stay-at-home mom and homemaker.

Ernesteen was the greatest mother ever.  She loved reading the bible and was a great witness of the Lord.  She taught Sunday school at the Lighthouse Church in Grove, OK.  She was the greatest grandma any grandchild could ever ask for.  She was a member of the Cherokee Nation.

Ernesteen was preceded in death by her parents Ernest and Bessie Crossley, one brother Lonnie Crossley, one son Gary Murry and a grandson Josh Murry

Ernesteen is survived by her husband Danny Murry, 4 children Danny Murry of Afton , OK, Randy Murry of Grove, OK., Tony Murry and wife Patty of Afton OK., Patricia Seaton and husband Mike of Grove, OK., one brother Rex Crossley and one sister Barbara Barrett both of Sands Springs, OK.,  12 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.

Today we are not saying goodbye because we know she is in heaven with her arms wide open to meet each of us.

Services will be at a later date with Pastor Mel Jackson officiating.  Interment will be in the Butler Cemetery in Grove, OK.
