Connie Windsor

Connie Rae Windsor, 80 of Grove, passed away Thursday, March 17, 2022.  Connie was born in Baxter Springs, KS on August 11, 1941, to Grant and Esther (Strop) Bell.  On July 17, 1964, she was married to her soulmate Max Windsor and together they raised two sons.  Connie enjoyed taking care of others.  She loved taking care of her family and taking care of her patients through her work as a registered nurse.  She never met a stranger and loved talking to people.  She also enjoyed traveling and reading.

Survivors include her sons Aaron Windsor and wife Lisa and Lance Windsor and wife Anne, and grandchildren: Kori Windsor, Cole Windsor, and Zoe Osborn.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Max, and sisters Sammy Lamb and Barbara Heady.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, March 24, 2022, at the Worley Luginbuel Funeral Chapel in Grove.  Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Friday, March 25, 2022, also at Worley Luginbuel Chapel.  Interment will follow at Olympus North Cemetery.  Online condolences may be made at www.honoringmemories.com
