Winfred “Win” Kinnaman, age 86, of Grove, Oklahoma, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025.
Winfred Lynn Kinnaman was born on February 8, 1939, in Holdenville, Oklahoma, to Wesley and Bertie Louise Kinnaman. He proudly served in the United States Army for three years.
Win had a deep love for the outdoors and enjoyed camping, fishing, water skiing, and taking his boat out on Grand Lake. He also found joy in woodworking, maintaining his property, riding tractors, playing Yahtzee with his wife Joyce.
Win had three children from previous marriages: daughters Danna and Patti and son Brian. Win married the love of his life, Joyce, and they made their home in Fontana, California, where they owned and operated Winco Weedabatement. In 2006, they relocated to Grove, Oklahoma, to be near his aging parents.
Win is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Mary Terry, and his brother Gary Kinnaman, grandson Anthony Potter.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Joyce Kinnaman; his children, Danna Potter of Jackson, CA, Patti McCleery of Auburn, CA, and Brian Kinnaman of Bellevue, NE; his grandchildren, Megan Garon, Taylor McCleery, Jessie Kinnaman, Jamie Kinnaman, and Jason Kinnaman; his niece Carla Sue Handy; nephews Russell Terry and Scott Terry; two great grandchildren, as well as numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 12:00 Noon – 1:00 PM, Saturday, June 14, 2025 at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will start at 1p.m. at Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Thomas Hawkins officiating. Interment will follow at Hickory Grove Cemetery.
