Robert Leon Wolfe

Robert Leon Wolfe passed away on March 22, 2024 in Joplin, Missouri. He was 68 years old.
 
Robert was born on January 18, 1956 in Muleshoe, Texas to Howard Wolfe and Patsy Melton. He was employed for many years as a butcher at a meat packing plant and worked hard at various jobs to provide for his family until he sustained an injury at work. His warm and inviting personality touched all that knew him. Robert had a special place in his heart for his grandchildren and took great joy in spending time with them. An avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys, he enjoyed cheering on his favorite team. Robert never met a stranger and enjoyed the outdoors.
 
Robert is proceeded in death by his parents Howard and Patsy and sister, Evelyn Nichols.
 
Robert “Grandpa” is loved and will be deeply missed by his four children Theresa Grammer of Stroud, OK, Casey Todd and son-in-law Ted of Grove, OK, Justin Wolfe and daughter-in-law Amanda of Forney, TX and Keshia Wolfe of Dekalb, TX. His fifteen grandchildren Samantha, Aleshia, Brandon, Katie, Thomas, Cade, Shaylene, Blayne, Addisyn, Hazel, Hunter, Teddy, Mackenzie, Bentley, Rhett and his 7 great-grandchildren. Also grieving his departure are Robert’s siblings Laura Reed and husband Joe, Jackie Gray and husband Terrell, Liala Graves and husband David, Linda Wolfe, Glen Wolfe and wife Brenda.
 
A Visitation honoring Robert’s life will begin at 12:00PM on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, OK. Funeral Service will follow at 2:00PM. Interment will be at Hickory Grove Cemetery.
