Patricia Cooper

Patricia Marie Cooper, 83-year-old resident of Grove, Oklahoma, passed away on December 3, 2022.

Pat was born on November 1, 1939, in Denver, Colorado.  She was a graduate of Vinita High school.  Pat went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.  She was a teacher at Jay Public Schools and Collier Elementary School in Reddick, Florida.   Pat was a fantastic cook, she enjoyed tending to her flower gardens and took great pride in keeping an immaculate household.  Pat looked forward to entertaining and being the “lake mom” to many, as she was a mother figure to more than just her own.  Pat enjoyed traveling with her husband Kenny to numerous destinations, including a castle in England, to the East coast, to Hawaii and the West coast.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents.  She is survived by her husband Kenny of the home, her sons; Shane Holland (Terri) of Zena, OK, Derek Holland (Sarah) of Okatie, SC, Keith Cooper (Betsy) of Edmond, OK and Barry Cooper (Valerie) of Broken Arrow, OK.  Pat was blessed with 10 grandchildren; Chance Holland (Kristin), Micah Holland (Taylor), Luke Holland, Grey Holland, Barrett Holland, Straton Farrar, Reagan Cooper, Madison Cooper, Blake Cooper (Bailey) and Hallie Cooper, two great-grandchildren: William Holland and James Holland. Pat is also survived by her sister Clara Lee Esther (Bill) of Oregon.

A visitation will be held at 12:00 Noon, Friday, December 9, 2022, with services starting at 1:00 PM, at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Grove, Oklahoma.  Pat will be laid to rest in the Southwest City Cemetery in Southwest City, Missouri.
