Linda Jo Gabriel

Linda Jo Gabriel, age 72, passed away on March 30, 2024, in Grove, Oklahoma. Linda's sudden passing brought immense sorrow to all who knew and cherished her.

Linda was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on June 4, 1951, to Louise (Boen) and Hugh Gabriel. Linda attended Grove High School where she showcased her athletic ability on the basketball court wearing jersey #44 with pride. Her passion for sports and her unwavering support for the Ridgerunners remained a constant source of joy for her. Additionally, Linda found solace and community as a member of the Church of Christ.
 
Linda will forever be remembered for her vibrant spirit and unwavering dedication to those she held dear. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, her spouse David Goforth, and her eldest sister Diane Bannister.  She is survived by her son Randy S. Goforth, her twin sister Belinda Romane, sisters Donna Snell, Patricia Fields (Wayne), Ann Manicom (Richard), numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and countless friends, who will continue to cherish the beautiful memories created with Linda throughout the years.
 
A Memorial Gathering to honor Linda's life will take place at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home located at 711 S Main St in Grove, Oklahoma on April 6, 2024 starting at 1:00 PM. 

As we mourn the loss of Linda Jo Gabriel from our earthly realm, let us also celebrate the light she brought into our lives.  May her soul rest in eternal peace.
