Lawrence "Alex" Spicer, passed away on June 20, 2024, in his hometown of Grove, Oklahoma. Alex faced his long-term illness with strength and grace. Despite the challenges he encountered, he remained resilient and continued to inspire those around him. He was born on April 7, 1957, to the late Marion F. Spicer and Mary K. Silversmith-Spicer.
Alex served in the Army, exemplifying his commitment to his country. His passion for welding shone through in his career at Circle P, where he showcased his skills and craftsmanship every day.
Alex is survived by his brothers Johnny O'Neil Spicer and William Bryan Spicer; his sisters Elizabeth Rose Duncan, Kathryn Frances Spicer-West, and Bertha "Corkey" Worley. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Roger David Spicer and Louis Zane Spicer.
Memorial Services will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, June 29, 2024 at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, Oklahoma.
