Larry Ernest Dickerson

Larry Ernest Dickerson passed away July 21, 2023, at KU Medical center.  Larry was born December 28, 1946.  Larry married Jamie Trabue on August 24, 1973.

After graduating from high school, Larry graduated from Pittsburg State University with a degree in Biology. Larry worked at Chanute Manufacturing for many years. Upon retirement the couple moved to a family home on Grand Lake where they enjoyed sitting on the deck and crappie fishing.

Larry is survived by his wife of 50 years, Jamie, his sons; Miles Dickerson and family, Jeff Dickerson and family, a daughter Lindsey Payne and her family.  His parents preceded him in death.

Cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will take place at a later date.
