Judith Francis Weber, age 84, a beloved wife, devoted homemaker, and cherished mother, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2025, at her home in Jay, Oklahoma. Born on November 7, 1940, in Sulphur, Oklahoma, Judith's life was defined by her unwavering love for her family and her extraordinary ability to make everyone feel welcome, valued, and cared for.
Judith was the true embodiment of warmth and generosity. Her home was always a haven—no one ever left hungry. Renowned for her talents in the kitchen, she found great joy in cooking and baking, preparing countless homemade dishes and sweet treats that became the centerpiece of family gatherings. Her passion extended to her garden, where she lovingly tended to her plants and often canned the fruits of her labor to share with family and friends.
A devoted wife, Judith shared a life full of love and laughter with her husband, Joy S. Weber. Together, they built a nurturing and joyful home. Judith’s legacy lives on through her five loving children: Elizabeth Weber-Fasching, Larry Weber, Joyce Weber, Edie Blaich, and Virginia Gray. She was a proud grandmother to 18 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren—with another on the way and her brother Mike Presley —each a testament to her boundless love and devotion.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Earl Presley, and her brothers, Jerry Presley and William "Bill" Presley. Though her physical presence will be deeply missed, her spirit remains alive in the hearts of all who loved her.
Judith will be remembered for her compassion, joyful spirit, and the love she poured into everything she did. Her life was a beautiful tapestry woven with kindness, hospitality, and an unshakeable devotion to those she loved.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, August 16, 2025 at Stroud First Methodist Church, located at 324 N. Second Ave., Stroud, OK 74079.
