Daniel Swatzell

Daniel Lee Swatzell, age 60, Grove, OK passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2021 in Rogers, AR.

He was born July 11, 1960 in Broken Arrow, OK to the late Wayne Swatzell and Barbara Oleta Seitz Swatzell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Travis Wayne Swatzell; two brothers, Ron Swatzell and Jim Lauck.

Daniel worked as an electrician for many years and in various construction roles and owning his business Compassionate Caregivers Collective of Grove. He is an avid Harley Davidson enthusiast and NASCAR fan.

He is survived by his wife 14 years, Virginia Burton of the home; one son, Weslie Ken Burton; one daughter, Alisha Marie Huffman and husband, Roger; three grandchildren, Bonnie Miller, Elizabeth Miller and Clayton Miller; one great grandson, Ares Teneyuque; and two brothers, Louie and Mark Swatzell.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cornerstone Church of Grove. Pastor Johnathan Burnaman will officiate. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m.  Monday, March 1, 2021 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, OK.  Burial will follow in the Mt. Herman Cemetery, Jay, OK.
