Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home
2:00 - 4:00 pm (Central time)
It is with the deepest sorrow that we must inform the passing of Crystal Dawn Jackson, 41, on Oct. 31, 2026, after a long battle with cancer. She was born on Oct. 22, 1985. Being the daughter of Randy Whitney Sr. and the granddaughter of the late Mildred A. Whitney, the love she knew was boundless.
She leaves behind her daughter Whitney (Bug), son Charles Tate (tatertot), bonus son Cheyston Hawk, her father Randy, very special neighbor Gary (Granddad), her Aunt Linda Cox, Phyillis, her sister Tracinda, her 4 children and best friend Calley, and two special nieces and an adopted nephew: Kristen (Her girl) and Kenzie (da-naenae) and Timmothy (tbone), a multitude of loving cousins Kandi the kandikane, Dustin Cox (her healer), Gary Whitney Jr., aunts and uncles, extended family and friends.
Crystal enjoyed spending time with her family, watching the four kids perform in school activities, talking on the phone for hours not saying anything, she enjoyed doing “hood rat” stuff with her best friends Calley, Tracinda, Hobbit, Steven, Colton and Zevan. She loved to hear the kids singing, going night swimming (she hated the leaches), and she enjoyed partaking in 4-20 activities.
Crystal was preceded in death by her grandma Mildred Whitney, special mother-in-law Deloris Barnes-Jackson, Uncle Wolfee, Uncle Pat Cox “cancer buddy”, Uncle Donny, and a cousin RayRay.
Loving Crystal was not hard; she made it easy. Going on in this life without her is not something we ever thought we would have to do. Her absence will cause a void in our hearts that will never be filled. She will be greatly missed by all of us that knew and loved her.
Randy Whitney Crystal’s Father would like to thank Tina and Britt formally from Good Shepard Hospice, her Aunt Linda, and her best friend for the love, care, and compassion, and help in her transition to her final home.
A visitation to celebrate Crystal’s life will be from 2-4 p.m., Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Worley Luginbuel Funeral Chapel.
