Clinton K Dennis (Dub) passed away peacefully at his home in Grove, OK on Friday evening, Oct. 3, 2025. He had not really been ill, his heart just longed to be with Jesus and the lady love of his life.

Dub was born on January 15, 1933 to Fannie Goad Dennis and Earl T. Dennis in Perrin, MO. He served in the Air Force as a gallant, Aviation Mechanic from 1953 to 1957 during the Korean War.

After, he worked at TWA in Kansas City as an aviation mechanic. His brother Wallace started an Electrical business in Kansas City called B &W Electric. All of the Dennis brothers then became a part of that business. Dub was there for 20 plus years until the business dissolved after Wallace passed away

He then stayed true to his profession as a well known and respected Electrician in the Kansas City and surrounding area. During the last few years of his career he worked for the Kansas City School Districts as their electrician

He became disabled in 1982. He lived in the Plattsburg, Turney, Lathrop, Polo, Gladstone, and Kansas City areas in Missouri most of his life. He and Midge were residents of Afton, OK from 1995 to 2005. They then moved back to Turney, MO. Dub enjoyed church, fishing, hunting, guitar playing, singing and big family get togethers.

He was proceeded in death by his wife, Martha (Midgie) M Webber Dennis of 52 years marriage on September 12, 2012. His parents, 5 brothers, and 1 sister. Survivors include 1 Sister, Caroline Jean Arnold of Altamont, MO, his son Richard (Duke) and wife Debbie of Turney, MO, his daughter Susie Strena and husband Tony of Grove, Ok, his son Edward Dennis and wife Kathy of Miami (Rose), Ok, 12 Grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren , and numerous awesome nieces and nephews, and friends.

Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Oct.18, 2025, 1:00 at the Honey Creek State Park in Grove, Ok under the pavilion. It will be Pot Luck so please bring your favorite dish. There will be a time to share memories if you desire. Pastor James Fuller will be speaking.
