Billy Flock

Billy Delbert Flock passed away October 08, 2019 at Muskogee Veteran’s Hospital. He was born March 01, 1952 in Vinita the son of Billy H. Flock and Joyce Joan (Mayes) Flock.  He attended and graduated Ketchum High School.    Delbert joined the US Army in November 1970 and was discharged in 1972. He married Barbara Ann Clary on December 31, 1970, they made their home in the   Langley area. Delbert was a member of the Langley Volunteer Fire Department for twenty years and was a 32nd degree Mason. He was a plumbing contractor by trade. He was chairman of the Military Cemetery board.

He was preceded in death by his dad Billy H. Flock.

Delbert is survived by his wife of forty-nine years Barbara Ann Flock of Langley; mother, Joyce Joan Flock of Langley; one son, Billy Flock of Langley; sisters, Joyce Morgan and husband Paul, Connie Coulston and husband Larry both of Langley; one brother-in-law, Casey Clary of Cleburne, Texas; three special great nieces, Natalee Hicks of Langley, Hadlee Willy of Vinita, Ellee Morgan of Norman and a special great nephew, Ty Bishop of Disney.

There will be a celebration of Delbert’s life Sunday October 13, 2019 at 12:00 pm at the Ketchum Seven-Day Adventist Church fellowship hall.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Adair Masonic Lodge # 99, PO Box 101, Adair, Ok. 74330.
