Arethia Stann

Arethia Lavon Stann passed on October 05, 2022, in Grove, Oklahoma. She was born to Andy Stann and Ola Mae Quinton on August 11, 1953, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. During her time on earth, she had a daughter and named her Selena. Arethia was an artist by trade and enjoyed making and selling her Native American Art to people. Not only did she enjoy making art, but she also enjoyed looking at other people’s renditions of Native American Art.  When she wasn’t making and enjoying art, she loved to be around all different kinds of animals.

Arethia is preceded in death by her parents Andy, and Ola Mae.

Arethia is survived by her daughter Selena Gervais of Austin, Texas, and granddaughters Shayla, and Maya.

Services will be held at Copic Church in Nicut, Oklahoma on Saturday, October 8th at 2pm.
