Ann Elizabeth Loewe

November 2, 1934 — March 11, 2024

Collinsville

Ann Elizabeth (Sutcliffe) Loewe, age 89, went to her heavenly home on March 11, 2024, in Collinsville, Oklahoma.

Ann was born on November 2, 1934, in Lawrence, Massachusetts.  She was the daughter of the late Annie (Connors) and Joseph Sutcliffe.  Ann was a dedicated registered nurse with over 30 years of service in Arkansas City, Kansas, and Grove, Oklahoma. Her passion for nursing was a testament to her kind and caring nature, leaving a lasting impact on all those she cared for throughout her career.

After retiring in the early 1990’s Ann found joy in daily walks with her dogs and visiting her neighbors. She also enjoyed reading, researching genealogy, and spending time with her family.

When her health allowed, Ann dedicated much of her time to serving others through her church community. She was very involved with the Mountain Movers Church in Grove, Oklahoma.

Ann is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bill Loewe (2020), as well as her sons John Loewe (2015) and Thomas Loewe (2011). She leaves behind a legacy cherished by her surviving family: son Michael Loewe and his wife Karen; daughter Michelle Hefton; daughter-in-law Karen Rose Loewe; sister-in-law Joy Fry and her husband Jerry; sister in-law Jennifer Browers and her husband Ed, brother in-law Larry Loewe and is wife Vicky, her grandchildren; John Loewe Jr., Amanda Bendickson, Ayana Loewe, Courtney Wolski, Emily Loewe, and Jillian Loewe; great-grandchildren Presley Ray Demauro, Tanner Loewe, and Trey Loewe.

In honoring Ann's memory, let us reflect on the love and compassion she shared with everyone around her. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing such a remarkable woman. May she rest in peace.
